WHAT WE KNOW ABOUT THE GAME

Tell Me Why is an upcoming adventure game from DONTNOD Entertainment (you know, the developers of Life is Strange and Vampyr) and published by Xbox Game Studios. The game is about twins called Alyson and Tyler who travel to their childhood home in Alaska and must come to terms with events from their childhood. One of the twins, Tyler, who is the first transgender playable character from any major studio or any video game ever if I can recall, must fight through all obstacles to reach your destination. Lol sounds a little bit like Siri. Anyways, this game is a storytelling adventure that allows players to witness slightly different interpretations of events in the pair’s past. Players will decide the path they wish to take and which version of events to believe, which will not only affect the course of the game’s narrative but may also, impact the nature of the twins’ relationship.
In the game, the player will revisit parts of the old home with both of the twins, and experience separate visions and memories of what had transpired, with each twin having different recollections of what happened.



BASED ON MY RESEARCH
DONTNOD has been working with “Microsoft and the LGBTQ media advocacy organization in order to more accurately portray Tyler. DONTNOD wants this effort to raise the bar for future LGBTQ inclusion in gaming.



Tell me why will be released for Xbox One and PC via Steam and the Microsoft Store sometime in 2020. (Sorry we have no Idea when)
